Dont get me wrong in saying this, i like both of these guys quite a bit. I just, asmon is wrong on the being carried part. He totally is... his FFXIV experience has been 100% easier than easy mode. So much so that he kept saying that tanks get instaques, all the way up till just a day or so ago. EVERYONE waits on healers... no exceptions. Which means that Tank queue is just about as long as that DPS queue. I have played all 3 types going through my adventure so far... and if he had to wait 10-15 min between each dungeon or raid, then he wouldnt be anywhere near where he is. Also, if he didnt have 23 end game lvl 80s propping him up on all these raids, he wouldnt be doing any of this stuff yet.
He makes excuses as like "Well you are all just haters and cant believe someone could do it better than you.", like he just did here. Thats not humble at all. The humblest thing would be to just own your reality. "Yeah, i have friends that help me through things, even if they are only friends because im "famous". It is what it is." Dont trash other people because you are getting the easy ground and people are upset about it... own it... and they have no ground to stand on. Like B. Rabbit in 8mile, that was literally the lesson from the last rap battle.
On the flip side of that, without the free ride hes getting... he wouldnt be able to put out the content he does, at least not on FFXIV anyway.
