I sure hope that who ever came up with the idea to do this received a pay raise! This is how you market a product. Well done!!!
Damn good!
Amazing performance.
Oh My! ... it's inside........ HEAVY INSIDE..
Wow! I con't know these guys but I do now. Great stuff and a great studio too.
(Raechel Mason here, Dan's wife) love the tune "Dead Man's Curve". I hear SO many band's sounds from through the years. I was a hippie as an 80's Teenager, didn't appreciate 80's music (except for Punk) until recently ... first band I was in did a lot of Skynyrd. I hear a lot of them. I hear Edgar/Johnny Winter....Country, Rock.....I even hear a teensie bit of Disco..... 👀
ALL bands got their sound from somebody else......from the day the first "note" was played. To me, being "snobbish" about the music you listen to is just the epitome of willful ignorance! Everybody likes their own sound....you're just narrowing your life experience if you stick to one kind of music....!!!
As Edgar and Johnny Winter would say.....
* "You can call it "commercial".....if you want to see it that way.....but way back in my mind, you know, I can hear the people say, "Keep playin' that rock and roll, Keep doin' what you been told, save yo' money up for when you get old....got to keep playin' that rock and roll" ......"
Fantastici😌👍❤🎸
Great to hear what John Osbourne has to say, and not just on the guitar.
Frkn Awesome 👏🏻💯😎
I really do enjoy vintage instruments and I can't lie to say the vintage trend in general as well, when it comes to Fender guitars. But I do wonder: Everything that arrives nowadays is proud to be up to vintage specs – it became to golden standard. There seems to be little movement forward and courage to leave the vintage days of the 50s/early 60s behind and move on. The new player series plus tried to do this but everything new to marked at a pro audience or the more pricey segment seems to chase after days gone by, trying to emulate a "time frozen in time". Not saying this is bad – Fenders vintage and vintage-styled instruments are being held in high regard, rightly so, and sought after for a reason – just a general observation. It just feels like Fender's advertising strategy is that marketing as close to the past as possible is the only viable quality metric. I'm just wondering if there is more to this, something above pure specs, a more metaphysical yearning for the good ol' times. But then again, all the universally great music guitarist reference again and again seems to hail from days long gone.

Absolutely sucks fender went all 7.1/4 radius on everything, this is exactly what kept me away from fender for many years, and in the Gibson and Ibanez camp, the AO line , changed all that, yet here we are…again! …stupid move fender.
That tiny radius needs way more attention to set up, and more often than 9.5 or a 12”…it needs better fretwork, and a higher action if you bend….
9.5 was a sane middle ground, 7 1/4 ? A no go…..
You have alienated many, to please a few. Let me know that works out for you sales wise over the long haul….the 9.5 is a better neck, for more people. Full stop.
I love these guys. I am so glad they are finally getting some time and attention from Gibson and Fender this year and last. They sound amazing no matter what they play. Such great grooves. Making country guitar music exciting all over again.
Been a fan for years and I’m still stunned at John’s playing. Excellent video, Fender. I’ll be checking out the new series as soon as I get the chance
Wow, fantastic band, that lead guitar player amazing.
i love how they put shout backs in a country song!
