This is my color grading process in Davinci Resolve 16. I'm not a professional colorist, so by no means I'm saying this is the best way to grade. This is just how I get consistent color grades from the footage that I shot. Footage is shot by me on BMPCC4K with Vazen 40mm anamorphic lens anamorphic mode braw 12:1 compression

Hey! Great video but I have a question. Why do you have to use a conversion LUT to rec709 instead of just changing it in the colour space settings? Whats the difference?

This is the false method to grade. You'll need to change the color space to Cineon like a film negative to apply the Kodak lut.
