So much of Fallout 4's (and Skyrim's) cut content could've made the game feel more alive or like an actual RPG. I'd love to say that Bethesda is using these last 7 / 11 (Fallout / Skyrim) years to fully develop the games to incorporate more content, but we all know they're just counting their money and working 10 hours a week.
How up to date is this? I'm fairly certain I've run across much of this (or perhaps similar) on my current playthrough (all DLC enabled). This is probably the most time I've spent meticulously combing through each area for hidden stuff. Between that and the crafting, I'm at nearly L100 without mods/cheats and only now getting to the end game stuff (paused completing Nuka World for now).

Excellent presentation. It seems as that much of this "cut content" could be readily exploited for "Creation Club" DLC for new individual quests. Perhaps Bethesda will include it in the forthcoming re-launch?
You can easily access the rooms on the second floor through the collapsed room on the first floor!

Cut content from the Combat Zone is such a loss. Especially being able to win some money fighting...or to watch Cait for more than 2 seconds before getting jumped. That would be nice.
