Hi! Besides you and I having the same name... one of the reasons I tuned into your channel (not many Veronicas) I just relate to so much you talk about in your videos. And today’s video was not the exception. When you spoke about how much our family dynamics change with the years, I have been feeling that same way. My mom now lives in a different country than me, I am married now, we have our own traditions and/or just things we want and do not want to do anymore. You are so correct in pointing out that not many people talk about these things online. I love my life but I do often think about holidays past and it is very different now. Some things I miss, others I could do without. Anyways... love your content and happy holiday season!

Holidays are hard for me too. My parents are divorced, I moved for another city and got married. My husbands family is not close. I’m thankful because God gave us friends that are family, but sometimes in these moments I wish I was more present when I was younger.
Thats true about not knowing when it will be the last time. It's sad built it also makes us cherish those moments even more :)

I moved out of state from literally all of my immediate family - they’re all in the same town. It feels sad going home and realizing how much I’ve missed out on, but it’s better to build an independent life and figure out things on our own. Happy thanksgiving and thanks for the fun vlog!
