A short 5 minute video comparing 2 Nikon 50mm lenses on Nikons new Z50 'crop sensor' body to the Z6 'Full Frame' camera body.
When do we get to see what you are talking about so we can judge for ourselves
Thanks for the video bricktop ahhhh
Z50 focus is really good.
How dose 50mm z mount lense performe on z50????
Great video! I use my z6 with 35mm for my in home YouTube videos. I'm saving up for the z 24-200 for travel photography and vlog. What do you think of the 24-200? I also shoot wildlife and use the sigma 150-600. Hopefully one day I'll be able to get the z 200-600 when they make it and I have enough money 😂.
Can you kindly make another short video of same combination of cameras & lenses but rather than having Z6 on DX mode, let it be on FX mode with 50mm & keep the tripod on same spot but swap cameras so that we could notice the crop factor as you had Full frame lens on APSC camera? other than that its an amazing video, thanks :)
The Nikon Z50 is beating the Z6 in STILL PHOTOS✌️😉

thanks for the effort and the sharing. i was impressed by the z50 vid footage you posted, even if "only" 8bit. per chance do you know if that 8bit is 422 or 420? thumbs up.
What a brilliant concept on how to compare two lenses left and right shots.
You just need a better looking model (ha ha)
Great unbias comparison.
Thank You for both of the reviews of the Z50,,,I have enjoyed your other videos also !!! The Z50 appears to focus on you very well... is sharp.. I view on a 43" monitor... I am sorry to hear that there is no IBIS on the camera, But I like My D5600 and it has no IBIS.... THANK YOU Again :) JOHN (from across the Pond)
That Canon shooting the wider view definitely has more yellow in it - the famous Canon yellow look that some seem to like. Both the Z's look good - very natural. What white balance setting did you use? I like your channel, but can you please update your intro like you suggested you would?
The field of view is what changes when in DX vs FX modes.
Where are the pictures to compare the results? Missleading title at least.
Im a Z6 user and I’m very satisfied with the results I get, stills and video, for nature shooting. I want to be enthusiastic about the Z50 but I can’t get comfortable with the lack of IBIS. The Z6 has superb industry leading IBIS and produces great video hand held, in part because of the IBIS. With the Z50 using Z lenses there is no stabilization, neither in the camera nor in the lenses. Not sure how this will work out for many seasoned video users who are looking for a compact camera
I've seen your z50 specific videos and all was very informative, I also think the other guy blaming lenses will get bad results on different camera bodies is just rubbish🤭, what does lenses have to anything to do with it-sole purpose of lenses is to pass light through it that's it, anyway waiting for the proper review of z50🤗😊
Hi Bob thanks for the video on the Z50, very informative indeed. Can I ask where you ordered your Z50 from? I have one pre-ordered from a shop in North Wales and there's no sign of it arriving yet...
Thanks for a short review. Z50 seems to be quite capable camera in its price range.
Does the z50 have clean HDMI out? Thank you for doing videos on the z50, it is hard to find anything on the camera.
