The G7 group and its allies have officially approved a cap on the price of Russian oil. In a joint statement, the G7 and Australia said the price cap would come into force on 5 December or "very soon thereafter". The plan, which stops countries paying more than $60 (€57; £48) a barrel, needed the agreement of all EU states. It comes after the EU agreed on the price cap after persuading Poland to back it. The price cap was put forward by the G7 group of nations in September and aims to stop Moscow profiting from oil exports while avoiding a price spike. The main victim of this price cap would be Developing Countries who don't have well established Insurance Companies and are heavily dependent on Western Insurance Companies.
Otherwise it's a common sense that Law of Supply & Demand can't be violated artificially.

Europeans have no problem with Russia, Russia's problem is with America, so in the middle, why is Europe wasting its money in favor of America and opposing Russia, where America is the most profitable, but is secretly taking all the benefits of Russia, and European leaders stop buying Russian oil and gas. America is buying oil and gas at high prices, whereas America should be giving Europe oil and gas at cheap prices, because Europe is unnecessarily opposing Russia for America's interests, and in the winter, its own people are in trouble. Not to be threatened, but if friends with Putin are easy, the whole of Europe will benefit more, 100% sure.
