As of December 2022, this guitar is not available anywhere.
Awesome guitar! Would it also work with steel strings, or is there another version?
Such a sweet sound. Great guitars, Godin👍
This is the best, most versatile guitar I've ever played. This guitar can be both a full acoustic and a full electric. Best guitar purchase I've ever made.
Godin is a good brand , a student of mine plays the Multiac Grand Concert Duet Ambience with 51mm at nut, witch is a nice instrument. Personally, I'm waiting to try the new Grand Concert Deluxe, but in Italy and in Europe too, the Multiac series are a rarity after the CoronaVirus. And the prices have become too high. In any case , I see more attention to build hybrid nylon strings guitars for guitarists (only)acoustic/electric addicted , with neck and nut similar to a acoustic or electric guitar , than rather a different way
I have to laugh at several of the comments here. Guitarists are so stuck on “This is the way it’s always been done”! Critical of the narrower neck, don’t like the design, etc. Then don’t buy it…there are thousands of the same old nylon string classical guitars being made out there! Maybe Godin designed this model for a player that likes the nylon string sound but wants to play something other than classical or ballad backup music. They might have designed it for people with shorter fingers like me that find the traditional neck width almost unplayable. As the owner of several Godin guitars, this one peaks my interest. Godin is known for thinking outside the box. They probably already have a model that would suit you. But slamming it just because it’s different makes you look so petty! 🤨
Godin is putting out some lovely instruments recently. I'm totally planning on buying one this year. Having some troubles deciding between this and the Jumbo 5th Avenue. Awesome work Godin, it makes me proud to see instruments like this coming out of Canada.
It would be nice to see a more standard classical guitar configuration with the cut-out body, ie wider nut for more articulation. Also, a demo with more sophistication of solo playing, either jazz or classical, would give a better idea of the capabilities of the instrument, rather than picking over a backing track.
Wow, I want one
Why demo a nylon with a pick and a backing track ?
Beautiful tone and echo sounds a little bit like Govi guitar playing
Like the shape
wow. beautiful tones and nice playing as well.
Sweet sounding instrument :)
I´m deeply inloved
I'm imagining in the future we may see other finishes as well, mustard yellow, wine red. Also maybe steel string counterparts. I have noticed one thing missing, at the time of the writing of this comment, is an electric steel string, without additional pickup such as the A6 ultra.
Kind of a narrow fret board on that thing, at least for a nylon string.
What makes this nylon electric guitar stand out from the rest (with electric style headstock, not slotted), is the unique tuner pegs. The last time ANY manufacturer ever did something like this was Fernandes Guitars P-Project AI-N. That guitar was popularised back in the 90's by Sting and Dominic Miller. It had custom made tuner shafts made with aluminium of which the shafts were larger to accommodate the nylon strings. This is the only other guitar EVER since the P-Project AI-N to have this feature. Which I guess means that it could be said that "this is the best nylon electric guitar, of it's kind, since the P-Project and is currently even better, in that sense, than the Sadowsky nylon since even that guitar does not have the accommodating tuners equipped. And it is also way more affordable!"
sounds great nice playing
