Hi! I am currently 248lbs, I've started intermediate fasting, no sugar of any kind but fruits, portion control. My goal is 6-7 months to get to 150lbs. 2/3/2023 is my start date for this exercise+jump rope 100 count twice a day❤️. This might seem unreal for my weight or stressful but we will see and I will definitely let you guys know👍
