at z9sHOXheE_M&t=5m30s 5:30 when it comes to transition of colors. As the documentation states, it should be the utility class name transition-colors (with a trailing s). In the documentation on the right hand side this should also have 150ms default duration. 
Your assigned class transition-color (missing the trailing s) is not specified and has therefore no impact (as far as I see). Does setting the duration- without any transition property doe fallback to something like transition all? At least on my machine it seems to be - if I not oversee something..
