it's so weird, i run 3 (non community) servers and of them has the forum features but it's not the one where I need this feature and I don't want a community server -.-

Guys if you cannot create the forums after doing the steps, restart the discord, don't just close it and reopen it, unless that works too!

This is cool but I don't see why you have to turn your server into a community server in order to be able to make forums. I have a discord server with just one friend, we tend to write little private stories together and I've always said that I wish you could create categories inside of categories, because it would be stupidly helpful to keep the side bar neat and not have so much clutter with all the different chats we have to discuss different things so one chat isn't just clogged up with everything and ideas and discussions get lost.

This seems like exactly what I've been asking for, but I don't see why you have to make a server a community one to do it, or why that's even an option and all features aren't just available at all times.

Every new post appears like a new channel name below the channel. How do you collapse all those to hide these separate threads and just show a number instead?

mine STILL dont show up despite my server being a community server. . . discord is freaking garbo - _ -
i see other people also having the SAME exact problem and trashcord still doesnt address it.

My server of 3 years had alway been a public community, has 10k member and the forum option stil isnt available. This doesnt work either and its so annoying. The community feature is turned on since as long as it was availlable to us as well.

when i restart discord i dont get the popup about forums and i still dont have the option to create a forum channel
