BEST HONDA CRZ FRONT BUMPER MODS on a BUDGET from AMAZON for a complete makeover! Today we install a Bayson R front lip, a carbon fiber air ram intake scoop from a 350z onto the front bumper of our Crz as well as some stylish canards and plastidip to accent the natural lines a little more. In total I spent just around $200 dollars for this completely different look saving me tons compared to other front bumper options. Let me know what you guys think! LET'S GO! My Honda CRZ Build continues with the install of the MUGEN Style Kit! After a perfect paint match, this kit COMPLETELY transforms the subtle look of the Honda CRZ. Arguably making it one of the meanest looking hybrids on the road (if that means anything lol). Enjoy! After months of looking for a painter, I FINALLY got the Bayson R Mugen Style Kit ready to install! So today, Jimmy and I tackle the install and show you some tricks on how to get the perfect fitment. For a replica body kit, we were pretty amazed on how well it fit out of the box. A combination of pop clips, screws, and double sided tape made the install easy. The Honda CRZ is somewhat odd to modify visually. Some people think they already look good for a hybrid, but I think an aggressive OEM+ look fits this car best. For reference, this kit was made specifically for the 2011-2012 CRZ. The 2013-2015 has a different mugen kit designed for a different front bumper. The 2016 is not compatible with the front bumper, which means you would need to swap bumpers to make it fit. Overall, I think the CRZ has a lower look to it with much more of a presence on the road. The Mugen style spoiler looks at home now and not just an afterthought. As always, I hope this video helps future CRZ owners or just entertains all of you watching. It went from a beat $2400 auction car to something worthy of daily driving. Now the question is, what wheels and suspension will tie it all together? Also, a big shoutout to Jimmy for all the help and risking his minty 240 in the storm for this install! This a nice short video showing my car being dynoed at #importfaceoff in 2020 . It was extremely hot at 90 degrees , and no fan aiming at the radiator. Crz is rated at 130 hp on paper so the numbers are still pretty good . Of course your only reading this part for the mods so I’ll list only engine mods as others are irrelevant. The crz has a fit manifold, takeda intake, js header and hpd cat back exhaust . Hope you enjoyed the video and got some useful info for my fellow crz enthusiast!

Thanks to some serious mods from Honda's tuning specialists Mugen, this outrageous one-off version of the hybrid coupe is capable of producing 197bhp and getting to 60mph in around 6.5 seconds. We took Mugen's £150,000 prototype to some twisty Welsh roads to give it a proper thrashing.

This video explains the voltage fooling plan and weight comparisons of the LTO Lithium blocks versus the Nimh sticks. The LTO 20ah Blocks have approximately 4-5 times the useful/useable capacity of the Nimh sticks. Inverter testing to 200V ok.

The Honda CRZ Build continues with a full "Mugen" Style kit from Bayson R Motorsports! This is arguably one of the best visual aero mods for the Honda CRZ platform. So today I unbox it and give you my initial impressions before it goes off for paint. Enjoy! When I was researching visual mods for the Honda CRZ, I knew that the Mugen Kit was on the top of my list. With the (real) kit costing thousands, I couldn't justify the cost for a $2400 car. Fortunately Bayson R sold a replica style Kit for MUCH much cheaper that would fit the budget for this build. After all, I'm trying to make this car build affordable and relatable to most people. Initial impressions of the kit were very good! Well packed with no defects upon being delivered. Most ebay car kits lack instructions or necessary hardware, but this one had everything included! Unlike the janky Honda Civic Lip kits I'm used to, the fitment of the front lip was damn near perfect. Could be because of a more precise mold or the fact that it used ABS. Either way, I have a feeling the full kit will be spot on. There wasn't much info on this kit fo the CRZ community, so hopefully this will be a helpful reference on what to expect. The next step is painting the lip kit,. While I do know how to paint car lips myself, I don't think the weather is good enough for a rattle can job. I'll most likely have a shop spray it soon!
