What is dharma as per Sadhguru is the question asked and is answered in this video. If you look deep into yourself and if you are happy with what you are doing, then it is your dharma. Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev is someone who makes understanding of life and around it easy with his Simple yet very effective approach. He is straight to the point, bang on the issue in a no nonsense way and cleans up all the unnecessary confusions around many aspects of life. He answers questions which appear quite complicated and listen to the answers, you will know they are not actually complicated but with our thought process and limited ideas, we have complicated them. He says we need to see things as they are but not with our predefined perceptions. Humans complicate their life and journey with limited ideas and egos that I am always correct and everyone has to listen to me. If we check our self, our own mind won’t listen to us and expecting someone else to follow our ideas is not practical. He says whatever the situations around you, if you keep your senses in your control and not effected by external influences, you are near to realization. Sadhguru is a spiritual guide to millions of people around the globe and his way of doing is not to understand spirituality theoretically but experience it with simple but wonderful yoga practices. He says reading hundreds of books won’t make any one spiritual rather it has to be understood with inner experience. Sadhguru jaggi vasudev is rational and spiritual. He suits well for today’s youth who want answers why shall we do like this why not the other way and his answers and approach more sense and logical so that they comfortably accept the ancient ideas without opposition. About Hinduism (Sanatan Dharma) The term and concept of Hinduism was coined only in recent times. Otherwise, there was really no such thing. The word “Hindu” essentially comes from the word Sindhu. Anyone who is born in the land of Sindhu is a Hindu. It is a cultural and geographic identity. It is like saying “I am an Indian” but it is a more ancient identity than being an Indian. “Indian” is only about seventy years old, but this is an identity that we have always lived with. Hinduism has been called the "oldest religion" in the world, and some practitioners refer to it as Sanātana Dharma, "the eternal law" or the "eternal way" beyond human origins. Western scholars regard Hinduism as a fusion or synthesis of various Indian cultures and traditions, with diverse roots and no single founder.It prescribes the eternal duties, such as honesty, refraining from injuring living beings (ahimsa), patience, forbearance, self-restraint, compassion, among others Hinduism is not considered as religion but a way of life, because religion is deeply interwoven into the life of a Hindu the way nerves are interwoven in our bodies. It is very difficult to separate the living and religion in the life of a devout Hindu. Both are inseparable. Both exits because of each other and both would lose their meaning and significance without the other. Religion is centre of living and living is the centre of religion. Religion is there in every aspect of Hindu's life. Religion is his inseparable companion, guide and philosopher. It is there always, however modern or advanced he may be, whether he believes in God or not, at the back of his mind, like a tuft of hair on the head of a priest, deeply rooted in his subconscious, firmly entrenched in his being, from which he cannot escape even if he chooses to follow another religion. it is there when he is born and it stays with him till the end, influencing every action of his and helping him to adjust to the harsh realities of life in a rather philosophical and stoical way and accept suffering as a part of his self-purification and inner correction. According to Hinduism, religion is not separate from living. It is living itself. God doesn't exist in temples and sacred places only. Going to temple is good practice, but that is not the only way to worship God. He exist everywhere and can be approached in every way.
