Murmura Upma | मुरमुरा का पोहा | Puffed Rice Upma | Mudhi Upama | Easy Breakfast | Nasta | How To Make Murmura Upma | Murmura Poha | Mudhi Upma Recipe | Instant Breakfast | Breakfast Recipes Preparation Time-10 min Serving-2 Ingredients:- - Oil-2tbsp - Mustard seeds-1tsp - Curry leaves-8no (fresh) - Chopped green chilli-2no - Chopped onion-1no (medium size) - Potato/aloo-1no (cubed) - Chopped tomato-1no - Turmeric powder-1/2tsp - Water-2tbsp - Puffed rice/murmura-2cup - Fried peanut - Lemon juice-1tsp Process:- - Firstly, heat the 2tbsp oil in a kadai/pan, then add 1tsp mustard seeds, 8no curry leaves, 2no chopped green chilli, 1no chopped onion then saute 2min. - Now onion translucent then add 1no cubed potato, 1no chopped tomato, salt to taste & 1/2tsp turmeric powder then stir fry. - Next add 2tbsp water then cover & cook 5min in low flame. - Now after 5min potato fried well then add 2cup murmura/puffed rice & fried peanut mix it well. - Lastly add 1tsp lemon juice then mix well till done ready to serve. Mudhi Upma| କମ୍ ସମୟରେ କରନ୍ତୁ ମୁଢ଼ି ଉପମା|Akruty's kitchen|Healthy Breakfast Recipe|Puffed rice Upama Odia #MudhiUpamarecipeinodia Ingredients: 1-Puffed rice-3cup 2-Some roasted peanuts 3- Onion-1small(chopped) 4-Pointed gourd-2(chopped) 5-Tomato-1/2(chopped) 6-Green chilly-2(chopped) 7-Some boiled soya chunks (Chopped) 8-Potato-1 small(chopped) 9-Mustard-1/4tsp 10-Cumin-1/4tsp 11-Some curry leaves 12-Red chilly powder-1/4tsp 13-Turmeric powder-1/4tsp 14-Chaat masala-1/4tsp 15-Maggie masala-1/4tsp 16-Roasted cumin & Red chilly powder mix-1/4tsp 17-Salt as per your taste 18-Mustard oil-2 to 3spoon Preparation Method: Add 1/2spoon oil into a pan & saute the boiled soya chunks for 2min.after 2min turn off the flame. Then turn on the flame add 2 spoon oil into a pan & add mustard,cumin, green chilly & Curry leaves,saute for 2min then add onions & again saute for 2 to 3min.After 3min add all the veggies (without tomato)& Turmeric,salt mix it well cover it & cook for 3 to4 min.Simultaneously soaked the puffed rice for 30sec then Squeeze out all the extra water from it. Then we check the veggies,add tomatoes & salt( as your need)mix it well & cook for 2min.Then add Soya chunks & puffed rice & Peanuts mix it well for 2 min then add all the spices cook for 3min.Then it's done.
