Zu einem ausgewognen Training, gehört auch ausreichend Erholung und Recovery! Daher steht an Tag 7 unserer Fitness-Journey eine wohltuende und ausgleichende Stretching-Routine auf dem Plan. For any female, getting menstruation is not just a sign of fertility but also of her health and overall fitness. Yoga is the effective exercise to cure irregular periods naturally. Irregular period is common in women. Yoga is the best medicine to cure problems like menstruation disorder, heavy blood flow and painful menstruation periods. Every female must practice yoga poses and make yoga a part of her daily regime to cope with menstrual disorders. Here are 10 yoga poses that will cure irregular periods. Dhanurasana - Bow Pose Dhanurasana or the Bow Pose is one of the 12 basic Hatha Yoga poses. It is also one of the three main back stretching exercises. It gives the entire back a good stretch, thus imparting flexibility as well as strength to the back. This pose is so called because it looks like an archer's bow, the torso and legs representing the body of the bow, and the arms the string. Ustrasana - Camel Pose Camel Pose (Ustrasana) is a backbending yoga posture that opens the entire front side of the body. It is an intermediate level back-bending yoga posture known to open Anahata (Heart chakra). This yoga posture adds flexibility and strength to the body and also helps in improving digestion. Matsyasana - Fish Pose Fish Pose is a back-bending yoga posture that opens the chest, throat, and abdomen. It is usually used as the counter-pose to Shoulderstand (Sarvangasana) because it neutralizes pressure on the neck and spine, but it is also a deep stretch with many benefits in its own. The name of the posture derives from the fact that if you adopt the position in water, you will float quite easily. Try to hold the pose for half of the time that you spent in the Shoulderstand, in order to equalize the stretching effects on your spine ans muscles. Baddhakonasana - Butterfly Pose Badhakonasana is also popularly known as the Butterfly Pose because of the movement of the legs during the posture, giving the appearance of a butterfly flapping its wings. Targeting primarily the legs, it is the perfect antidote to relax and stretch the muscles of the legs. This yoga pose will relax your body, mind and soul that will comfort your tired feet. Bhujangasana - Cobra Pose The name comes from the Sanskrit words bhujanga meaning 'snake' or 'serpent' and asana meaning 'posture' or 'seat'. From a prone position with palms and legs on the floor, the chest is lifted. Bhujangasana may strengthen the spine, stretch the chest, shoulders, and abdomen, firm the buttocks, and relieve stress and fatigue. Traditional texts say that Bhujangasana increases body heat, destroys disease, and awakens kundalini. Adho Mukha Svanasana - Downward Facing Dog Adho Mukha Svanasana posture replicates a dog bending forward, hence the name downward facing dog pose. This asana can be practiced by any beginner too and with all its benefits, one should include it as a part of daily yoga practice. It is a standing pose and mild inversion that builds strength while stretching the whole body.

Cervical spondylosis or cervical osteoarthritis is a physical condition caused by the wear and tear of bones and cartilage in the neck (cervical vertebra) region. This degeneration of the bones and cartilage causes chronic neck pain and can disrupt simple day-to-day activities. Here are top 10 effective yoga poses for Cervical Spondylosis. Kohni Chalana - Elbow Rotations Kohni Chalana is very useful to improve the mobility and strength of the shoulders and the neck which may prevent cervical spondylotis, frozen shoulder and bursitis. This asana increase blood circulation in neck, shoulder and other body parts. It is a very good pose for those suffering from frozen shoulder. In this pose, the shoulders are moved in clockwise and anti-clockwise direction with the help of arms and elbows. Matsyasana - Fish Pose Matsyasana or Fish Pose is one of the best yoga poses for beginners as it is a back bend asana. The traditional variation of the pose is performed with the legs in Lotus pose (Padmasana). It is said that if you perform this pose in water, you will be able to float like a fish. In this video Dhivya from Dhivyam Yoga shows us how to do advanced Matsyasana - Fish Pose. Bhujangasana- Cobra Pose The name comes from the Sanskrit words bhujanga meaning 'snake' or 'serpent' and asana meaning 'posture' or 'seat'. From a prone position with palms and legs on the floor, the chest is lifted. Bhujangasana may strengthen the spine, stretch the chest, shoulders, and abdomen, firm the buttocks, and relieve stress and fatigue. Traditional texts say that Bhujangasana increases body heat, destroys disease, and awakens kundalini. Makarasana - Crocodile Pose In Sanskrit language “Makara” means Crocodile that is why this asana is also known as Crocodile Pose. It is one of the best and easiest asanas for curing problems related to back & knees. This asana is just same as Shavasana which provides relaxing and de-stressing feeling to your entire body. Ardha Salabhasana - Half Locust Pose Ardha Salabhasana - the name comes from the Sanskrit words 'shalabh' which means 'grasshopper'. It is back bend, or spine stretch, using the strength of the upper and middle back to lift the weight of the legs as high as possible from a starting position face down on the floor. It improves flexibility and coordination and increases strength and stamina. It helps to exercise the spine. Dandasana - Staff Pose Seated Staff Pose might look easy, but it’s an intense strength-builder for the upper back, chest, and abdomen. This pose is the foundational posture for all seated poses, including twists. Because it provides the structural basis for all seated poses, it is essentially the seated version of Mountain Pose (Tadasana). Setu Bandhasana - Bridge Pose In sanskrit ‘Bridge’ means ‘Setu’, ‘Bandha’ means ‘Lock’ and ‘Asana’ means ‘Pose’. The poses look like the shape of the bridge, so this pose is called as bridge pose. This rejuvenating backbend will open your chest up and keep your spine flexible. Setu Bandhasana will also help to prepare you for more intense backbends. Basically this pose is effective in relaxing the body and reducing stress. Gomukhasana - Cow Face Pose Gomukhasana or Cow Face Pose helps stretches the ankles, hips and thighs, shoulders, armpits and triceps, and chest. Might be difficult initially, but as you practice, you will reap in a lot of benefits. Marjaryasana & Bitilasana - Cat & Cow Pose Cat-Cow is a gentle sequence of two poses that stretches the spine and prepares the body for activity. A wonderful way to start off any yoga practice is with a round Cat Pose to Cow Pose. This Cat Cow pose helps relieving back pain and also helps to stregthen the back. Ananda Balasana - Happy Baby Pose Ananda Balasana also known as the Happy Baby Pose, is a basic pose that is found in many contemporary yoga routines, and is known to stretch the inner groin and lower back while calming the mind by relieving the stress. Baddha Konasana - Butterfly Pose Badhakonasana is also popularly known as the Butterfly Pose because of the movement of the legs during the posture, giving the appearance of a butterfly flapping its wings. Targeting primarily the legs, it is the perfect antidote to relax and stretch the muscles of the legs. This yoga pose will relax your body, mind and soul that will comfort your tired feet. Adho Mukha Svanasana - Downward Facing Dog Adho Mukha Svanasana posture replicates a dog bending forward, hence the name downward facing dog pose. This asana can be practiced by any beginner too and with all its benefits, one should include it as a part of daily yoga practice. It is a standing pose and mild inversion that builds strength while stretching the whole body. Uttanasana - Intense Forward Bending Pose The name Uttanasana (Uth-thA-nA-suh-nuh), known as the Standing Forward bend Pose, is derived from the Sanskrit words Ut (meaning intense), Tan (meaning stretch), and Asana (meaning posture). The end pose leaves in such a position that your head is in a lower stratum than your heart. This enables a gush of blood to the head, revamping the blood cells, leaving you with a sense of novelty. Setu Bandhasana - Bridge Pose In sanskrit ‘Bridge’ means ‘Setu’, ‘Bandha’ means ‘Lock’ and ‘Asana’ means ‘Pose’. The poses look like the shape of the bridge, so this pose is called as bridge pose. Paschimottanasana - Forward Bend Pose Paschimottanasana or the Seated Forward Bend pose is a ‘forward bend asana. Paschimottanasana is also known as the Intense Dorsal Stretch pose as it engages the dorsal muscles of the back. “Paschima” means your “back” and “Uttana” means “stretching“. This asana covers the stretching of the whole body from head to heels so it is called as Paschimottanasna. Ardha Matsyendrasana - Sitting Half Spinal Twist Ardha Matsyendrasana usually appears as a seated spinal twist with many variations, and is one of the twelve basic asanas in many systems of Hatha Yoga. This is one of the few poses in the Basic Session that rotates the spine. Most bend the spinal column either backward or forward, but to become truly flexible it must be twisted laterally as well. The movement also tones the spinal nerves and ligaments, and improves the digestion. Halasana - Plow Pose Hala means Plow and Asana means Pose. So it is also named as plow pose. Halasana rejuvenate the inner parts of your body and make it healthy again. This pose gives flexibility to spine as well as strengthens the back muscles. Halasana is one of advanced yoga pose, simple to practice and contains lots of benefits. If you practice halasana regularly then you completely avoid lifestyle diseases like diabetes, obesity, constipation, stomach disorders, blood pressure and menstrual disorders. Janusirsasana - One legged Forward Bend Janu Sirsasana or the Head to Knee Pose is an excellent asana to increase flexibility of the hamstring muscles, back, thighs, hip joints, arms and the shoulders. Janu Sirsasana also soothes the mind and calms the heart. Janu Sirsasana should ideally be performed when the stomach is empty. It is a great stretching exercise for the whole body. The Janu Sirsasana is a part of the primary series of Ashtanga Yoga. It is a seated asana, and it gets it name from the fact that the head touches the knee in the full expression of this pose. This asana is also called the Head-to-Knee Pose. Balasana - Child's Pose This asana gets its name from the Sanskrit words 'bala' that means child and 'asana' that means pose.
