Can't really understand why you bought it in the first place......wrecked an amazing road going car......🙄
On your other car most of the mods where done before you had it tho🤔
Short wheelbase ? I’d research that comment if I was you as it’s certainly not short
Is it not difficult to mention those flaws if you haven't tested the alternative as a daily?
Just don’t have such a pained expression on your videos. I thought someone close had died. 😢
Lucky kid. Two!
"I am selling my Toyota GR Yaris", how did you afford it in the first place at such a young age? :D
Do you run a business? I think that will be some interesting content if you could make a video about it.
I'm currently driving a MK 7 GTI and thinking to get a GR Yaris the next year hopefully. I'm 25 btw.
replacing the steering wheel or messing with the airbag for a daily driver seems pretty stupid to me. Just don't.
Well Done Selling The GR Yaris Daft Having 2 Cars the Same
You Should Of Bought a GR86 For Track Driving and Kept Yaris for Road Work
If Toyota Knew What they Were Doing as one of the Biggest Car Makers
Why Did they Think just making a Few Hundred GR86 Cars Was The Best Way to make Money ?
They Could of Sold Thousands
Not Very Intelligent Are Toyota !
If you want to convert one of your GR Yaris’ to be a hardened track day toy that’s fine go for it but to claim the car is flawed because the steering wheel, seats (front and rear) suspension and engine performance don’t meet your unique needs is ridiculous.
As I’m sure you know, the GRY was designed to be a WRC homologation special not a tarmac track focused car and the primary consultant on things like seat positioning etc was Tommi Makinen (who also comes from a racing background).
To anyone thinking of buying a GR Yaris (and particularly the circuit pack version that I’ve owned for about a year) is the steering wheel, seats, suspension & performance are just fine for anyone using this for public road and periodic track day use.
Don’t get me wrong, I understand the need to create YT content by making “upgrading” videos but please don’t use words like “flaws” on those items you highlight that simply don’t affect anyone other than yourself.
All that said, I like your videos and I wish you well in your racing career.
Oh do one. No I won’t sub or like
only reason i'd sell mine is if I needed to use the back seats or I wanted something smoother on motorways/long fast roads. i've considered an F type R which you can get used for similar prices but the maintenance would be insane compared to GRY
Short wheelbase?! It does not have a short wheelbase. Short overhangs, yes.
Folk are going hungry and struggling to heat their homes in the UK, meanwhile...
You sound spoiled 😅
So, in 3.15 mins what you're saying is you have two and only need one. You have a homologation car that's not quite soft enough to be a daily, so you're ditching it and will now properly sort the track car. For track. Simple. Easy 🙂
When people twice your age can barely afford to buy one, how can you afford two GR Yaris'? Did/do you actually own them or have you financed them?
Please can you let me know how much are you asking for the car..
I'll keep.mine and convert it into a pickup
