I have Nikon Z6 and I'm using 50mm 1.8G with FTZ. While shooting with 1.8 aperture there is slightly blur but with 2.8 aperture fine and getting sharp images. what is problem in it? Will you please help me for it?

The Z6ii lost the ability to adjust shutter speed using the rear command disk in all modes including S and M. I can change shutter speed with the front command disk in S and M modes by flipping the main/sub command disks into the custom control settings. I can also change shutter speeds in S and M modes using the touchscreen. Therefore, the issue appears to be exclusively related to the back command disk. I have reset the camera to default settings to make sure the menu setting is not the problem. The camera firmware has been updated to version 1.30. The new camera was purchased earlier this year. I was able to adjust the shutter speed with the back command disk before updating the firmware.
Has anyone had this problem? I'm trying to determine if it's a mechanical issue or a firmware update issue. I searched Google for the issue to see if it was related to the last firmware update to version 1.30 and didn't see any posts about the update

I'm Thinking about upgrading to a z6, with firmware 3.0, and would be shooting in NEF.
I have Lightroom 5, and am not sure is it is supporting NEF files from the z6 (2021). do you know if it is?

Sony A7III > Nikon Z6
-Dual SD slots are more confort to use (more cheaper too)
-Battery life is more longer on Sony
-High ISO performance is much better in Sony (Z6 has banding at ISO 3200 and above)
-SlowMo in A7III is much better
-Lens selection on Sony's side is simply glorious
