Linus Torvalds transformed technology twice — first with the Linux kernel, which helps power the Internet, and again with Git, the source code management system used by developers worldwide. In a rare interview with TED Curator Chris Anderson, Torvalds discusses with remarkable openness the personality traits that prompted his unique philosophy of work, engineering and life. "I am not a visionary, I'm an engineer," Torvalds says. "I'm perfectly happy with all the people who are walking around and just staring at the clouds ... but I'm looking at the ground, and I want to fix the pothole that's right in front of me before I fall in." Great sense of humor, down to earth, can get away with subtle shade thrown at Musk in public, what more could u possibly ask for?

Inspiring talk.

So basically the reason for the world's most diverse OS and code-sharing platform arose out of an introvert's need for... introvertedness.
for nontechnical persons, this guy could have earned 2x-10x what bill gates have earned, but he decided to make it free..! where windows and mac OS were earning tons of money, this is the guy who gave birth to Linux which is free and so much flexible for servers. Sadly, many people don't know him. And Linux OS is powering most of the internet and even your phones from behind...
Silicon bless this guy...
He always looks tense like he wants to murder suicide his family
who will be his successor?
