The men that are dying from the Russian side are NOT ethnic Russians, they are from all the poorer regions who are part of the Russian Federation! Spewtin does NOT care about them, he only cares about ethnic Russians and how they think of him! He is happy to see non ethnic Russians dying as long as it saves ethnic Russian soldiers lives. You have to look like this as a war of attrition. Ukrainians kill about 100,000 Russians a year so in 10 years that will be one million dead. They may even wish to walk out of Crimea by then. Attrition works well, while slowly Is OK.

Very strange situation in Ukraine. Russia daily loses equipment and manpower, but takes more and more territory.
Ukraine, on the other hand, Ukraine loses nothing, either manpower or equipment, i.e., not a single soldier gets shot or tank lost, but Ukraine loses territory. How does it work, can someone explain. Grateful for an explanation.
