YouTube confirmed on one of their latest videos, that they will age restrict videos using “Ruzzian” as it is considered a Xenophobic slur , that has caused hatred to innocent civilians trying to escape putins tyranny. What Russia are doing in Ukraine is disgusting, but that doesn’t mean we should lower ourselves to putins level & discriminate people.

All ministers and heads of state have diplomatic immunity. It's the convention, otherwise diplomacy would break down across the world. It's a sad fact of life. Trump was in a similar situation, as head of state, he couldn't be prosecuted by a foreign nation. This is probably why the Russian President wants to stay in power for as long as possible.
