First off, this is total bull. As a hardware developer who has made my own graphics card, this is absolutely wrong.
One thing to note is that VGA uses digital and analog signals and does NOT output any type of audio signal. If it did, there would be 2 more pins (Left channel and Right channel), So that eliminates the W/R A/V connectors.
Another is that you pinout is absolute bull! The real pinout is
1 - Red
2 - Green
3 - Blue
4 - ID2
5-6-7-8 - Gnd
9 - Key
10 - Gnd
11 - ID0
12 - SDA/ID1
13 - Horizontal Sync \___These are both digital signals
14 - Vertical Sync /
15 - SCL/ID3
To create a proper VGA to A/V signal, you would need an FPGA to read the VGA signal, Store the current frame in some kind of RAM, then output the signal (that would be modified like crap by now) to the A/V port.
Also, nice scam trying to get people to pay you money to get something that doesn't even work! By this point you might as well buy a cheap $20 VGA to A/V converter off of amazon.

This video is total B.S.! VGA wiring/pinouts are wrong! There is no way to get color Composite video signal from VGA with just resistors and no encoder IC. I hate when people make dishonest videos like this one! Don’t even waste your time watching this nonsense.
