For your Cursor option you did the long way.
When you install the pack file to change cursor options you just right click the file and hit install. After that you launch the cursor settings and click the variety options and it will be there.

I have not been able to find that shortcut for cmd + shift + 4 on Windows. Windows kept trying to get me to use the Snipping tool which is unbelievably clunky

cant get search to pop out in center of desktop like on video. I downloaded power toys but did not work. Anyone else have the same problem?
