Really? As someone who worked in hospital, at the moment I'm sick, I thought it was gonna turn out to be like a last goodbye because you're very far away or due to covid cause you can't come (at least was like that in the beginning). It was very painful for the families. Or if they came we had a space separated by a thick glass wall and they said goodbye couldn't touch and we (I didn't, the nurse besides me did, because I was just a healthcare assistant, but I held their hand and comforted them and the family) stopped the ventilator. Everytjing was quiet and the 1st one I couldn't look and was shaking. (You can prepare all you want but only when you experience it you know how you react in the moment) Was awful, very solemn feeling. I cried every day, and still do every time and remember each patient we lost, not only during covid because I worked also in my favorite - oncology & hematology (as I'm working towards cancer research 🤞it's my dream ever since I lost close ones to it)

Sorry didn't mean to vent but yeah, was hard.
